Kondor Blue KB-FFS300-BK Fletch Fiber System For HDMI 1 Kit: 300 Feet Black
Kondor Blue KB-FFS300-BK Fletch Fiber System For HDMI 1 Kit: 300 Feet Black | Plan long HDMI runs with confidence
When an HDMI source and its display need to sit far apart, a short direct connection may not suit the layout. The Kondor Blue KB-FFS300-BK Fletch Fiber System is made for HDMI setups, with a 300-foot length specified in its name. That makes it relevant to production spaces, venues and other installations where you need to plan a connection across a substantial distance. Its black finish keeps the system visually understated in a dark working environment. The key practical point is the length: map the route the connection needs to take, not just the straight-line gap between the source and display. This Fletch system is for people who already know they need an HDMI fiber setup over a long run; it gives you a clearly stated distance to work into that plan.
Planning a long HDMI run
Before settling on a route, measure the path the system will actually follow around your space. A cable path can be longer than the distance between two endpoints, particularly when it needs to go around room features or along an established route. Use the stated length as a planning reference, and leave room in your layout for the path you choose. That simple check helps you decide whether this 300-foot system suits the job before you commit to a placement for the source and display.
Specialist Note
Long separation between an HDMI source and display can make the layout the difficult part of a setup; this system gives that planning a clear 300-foot reference. I’d consider it for a fixed production or venue arrangement where the source needs to stay well away from the viewing position. Since it’s specifically a fiber system for HDMI, keep the intended link in mind as you plan the endpoints, and measure the real route rather than the room’s width. The black finish is a sensible, low-key fit when the connection runs through a dark work area. It’s a focused solution for long HDMI layouts, not a general-purpose camera accessory.
