Kondor Blue KB-SB-SNR-BK Sony Burano Cage Lateral NATO-Rail Raven Black | A side-mounted NATO rail for Sony Burano cage builds

Without a dedicated side rail, adding a NATO-mounted accessory to a cage can mean choosing a different mounting position or reworking the rig. The Kondor Blue KB-SB-SNR-BK is a tripod accessory named for the Sony Burano cage, with a lateral NATO rail for a side-mounted setup. It suits Burano users who want a specific place on the cage for a compatible NATO accessory, rather than a general-purpose support piece. Its value is in keeping that mounting point at the side, where it can help you arrange a rig around your preferred accessory position. The Raven Black finish gives it a dark look that fits naturally into many camera builds. This is a focused part: its appeal is the side rail itself, not a broader set of mounting options.

Specialist Note

This is a focused piece of rigging, so it won’t be much use if you don’t need a NATO attachment point on the side of your cage. For a Sony Burano setup built around that position, though, the lateral rail gives you a clear place to mount a compatible NATO accessory without choosing a different area of the rig. I’d consider it when you’re planning the cage layout and want that side position to be part of the build from the start. The Raven Black finish is a nice, restrained match for a dark rig, too. It suits Burano operators who already know a side-mounted NATO point is what their setup needs.
