Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 10m WH

Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 10m WH | A shielded 10-metre network cable

The 10-metre length is the defining choice here: it gives you room to route a network cable between devices that aren’t side by side, rather than relying on a short desk-length lead. This Nedis cable has an RJ45 8P8C male connector at each end, so it’s for a connection where both sockets take that plug. Its CAT6 and S/FTP design makes it a cable for network use, with shielding as part of its construction. The white finish is a practical detail if you want the cable to blend into a light-coloured room or along a pale wall. For a home office, a workspace or another setup with a longer cable run, the combination of length and shielding is the point. It’s a straightforward cable, and its 10 metres are worth measuring against the route you have in mind.

For a longer cable run

When equipment needs to sit apart, a cable of this length can make the route easier to plan than a shorter lead. The matching male RJ45 connectors provide the same plug type at both ends, while CAT6 identifies the cable category and S/FTP its shielding type. That gives you useful details to match against the connection you’re setting up, without having to guess from the colour or length alone. The white jacket may be less visually prominent against pale surfaces, though it’ll still be visible where it crosses a darker floor or wall. A simple check before routing: measure the path, including the way you’ll take the cable around furniture or along an edge. The nominal 10-metre length is the concrete figure to plan around.
