Nedis CAT6 S/FTP-Cable RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 3m Grey

Nedis CAT6 S/FTP-Cable RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 3m Grey | A clearly specified cable for wired connections

Its useful distinction is right in the name: this is a three-metre CAT6 S/FTP cable with a male RJ45 (8P8C) plug at each end. That makes it a straightforward option for someone connecting two points that take these plugs, without needing an unusual connector arrangement. It suits a home or work setup where a wired connection is wanted and the cable needs to reach across a modest distance. The grey colour may also help it sit quietly among other cables. The honest limit is that a cable’s length and connectors need to suit the route and sockets you have; the label alone doesn’t tell you how your particular setup will perform. For a clearly identified RJ45-to-RJ45 cable, though, the details are easy to compare before you choose.

Choosing the right length

Three metres gives you a specific length to plan around. Measure the route between the two connection points, allowing for the path the cable will take rather than just the straight-line gap. That helps avoid choosing a cable that falls short once it has to pass around furniture or equipment. This Nedis cable has the same connector format at both ends, so it’s intended for a connection where each end accepts an RJ45 (8P8C) male plug. The CAT6 S/FTP designation is part of the cable’s stated type; if you’re comparing options, use that label alongside the length and plug details. There’s no need to guess from the grey finish: it’s simply the listed colour.
