Nedis Schakelbare Scart-Cable Scart M-3X RCA M 1.0m BK

Nedis Schakelbare Scart-Cable Scart M-3X RCA M 1.0m BK | Join SCART and RCA connections

Without the right cable, a SCART connection and three RCA connections can’t be linked directly. This Nedis switchable cable brings those connector types together: it has a male SCART plug at one end and three male RCA plugs at the other. At 1.0 metre long, it suits a setup where the connected equipment is close enough for a short cable run. The black finish keeps it visually simple alongside other black cables and equipment. It’s for anyone whose connection needs match those plugs, rather than for a setup that calls for a different connector. The product name identifies it as switchable, so that’s part of what you’re choosing; no particular switching direction or signal behaviour is specified here. The key practical point is the combination of one SCART plug, three RCA plugs and a stated cable length of 1.0 metre.

Check the connector arrangement

When choosing a cable, start with the sockets on the equipment you want to connect. This one has a male SCART connector on one end and three male RCA connectors on the other, so the corresponding equipment needs sockets that accept those plugs. The “3X RCA” in the name refers to three RCA plugs, not a single RCA plug. That distinction is worth checking when you’re comparing cables: the number and type of plugs need to match the connection you have in mind. The stated 1.0 m length is the cable length to consider when placing the equipment. It gives you a clear reference for a short run, but it doesn’t tell you how the cable will route around furniture or other equipment. Keep the intended connection simple: match the SCART end and all three RCA plugs to the sockets in your setup.
