Permajet Parchment Classic 285 Roll 44INCHES 12m

Permajet Parchment Classic 285 Roll 44INCHES 12m | Wide-format photo paper in a long roll

When a print job calls for roll paper rather than separate sheets, the Permajet Parchment Classic 285 gives you a 44-inch-wide roll with 12 metres of paper to work through. It’s a format for photographers and printmakers who plan their work around a wide roll, whether they’re preparing a series of images or printing a single large piece. The name identifies the paper as Parchment Classic 285; 285 is part of the product designation, with no unit included in the title. The useful, concrete details are the roll format and its width and length. Those dimensions help you judge how the paper fits into your print workflow before you start. It’s photo paper, sold as a roll, with a notably wide 44-inch format.

Planning around the roll

The roll format is the detail to consider first. At 44 inches wide, this is aimed at work planned for a broad paper width, rather than jobs built around standard cut sheets. Its 12-metre length gives you a continuous supply to plan across a print session; how much you use will depend on the size and number of prints you make. The product name also includes “Parchment Classic”, so it’s easy to distinguish this paper from other Permajet rolls when organising materials for a project. If you’re comparing paper by its title, keep the full designation together: Parchment Classic 285, 44 inches, 12 metres. Those are the identifiers supplied for this product, and the key points to have in front of you when selecting a roll for your work.
