PolarPro Aqua Magenta Filter For GoPro HERO3+
PolarPro Aqua Magenta Filter For GoPro HERO3+ | A deliberate magenta look
The defining point of the PolarPro Aqua Magenta Filter is its magenta colour: it gives GoPro HERO3+ users a deliberate colour-filter option rather than a neutral-looking accessory. It suits someone who wants to shape the look of recorded footage with a visible colour choice, and who already uses the HERO3+. The most straightforward use is a clip where a magenta cast is part of the intended image; it can also help keep a series of shots visually consistent if you use the same filter throughout. Because the colour is the whole point, this isn’t a subtle correction to reach for when you want neutral colour. Think of it as a specific creative choice, not a general-purpose filter. The word “Aqua” is part of the product name, while the supplied colour information identifies this version as magenta. If that’s the look you want from your HERO3+, this keeps the decision simple: one named camera system and one clear colour direction.
Specialist Note
The PolarPro Aqua Magenta Filter For GoPro HERO3+ is best at giving HERO3+ footage a deliberate magenta colour treatment. I’d recommend it to someone who wants that hue as part of the finished look, not someone trying to keep colours neutral. The magenta colour makes the choice explicit: use it for a stylised clip, or keep using it across a short sequence when you want the shots to share the same colour direction. Its stated fit for the HERO3+ also makes its intended camera system clear. One honest caveat: a magenta filter changes the colour character, so it isn’t the one I’d choose for a neutral result.
