SanDisk USB Extreme Pro USB-A 3.2 1TB - 1000/900 MB/s Grey Metal

SanDisk USB Extreme Pro USB-A 3.2 1TB - 1000/900 MB/s Grey Metal | Keep large files together

When a shoot leaves you with a crowded folder of photos and video, a 1TB USB stick gives you room to carry a substantial set of files in one place. The SanDisk Extreme Pro connects via USB-A and uses USB 3.2. Its stated transfer figures are 1000/900 MB/s, making it a model aimed at moving sizeable files rather than just keeping a few documents handy. It has a grey metal finish, too. That’s a practical, compact format for photographers who want to take files between a workstation and another location without carrying a larger storage device. The honest point: those numbers describe the product, not a promise that every transfer will run at that speed. Your equipment and the files in use can affect the time a transfer takes.

For a camera workflow, the capacity is the key detail: you can keep a large working selection of images or video files together, rather than splitting it across several smaller sticks. It can suit file hand-offs, temporary storage, or carrying a project when you’re away from your main computer. Think of it as portable storage for your files, not as a replacement for a separate backup.

The USB-A connector is worth factoring into your setup before you choose it; it’s the connection specified for this stick. If your routine already involves handling large folders, the quoted speed figures are useful context when comparing storage options. If you mostly move a handful of small files, you may not need to prioritise those figures. The grey metal body keeps the look restrained, and the name makes the 1TB capacity easy to spot when you’re sorting your storage gear.
