Silicon Power PC60 Ext SSD 2TB USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (Black)

Silicon Power PC60 Ext SSD 2TB USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (Black) | Keep files close at hand

Instead of leaving files on one computer, you can keep them on a separate drive and take them with you. The Silicon Power PC60 is an external SSD with 2TB of storage and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C connection. It suits anyone who wants a dedicated place for files outside their computer, from working documents to photo folders. The useful point here is straightforward: it gives you a substantial amount of external storage in a single drive. You can use it to organise files you want to keep apart from your computer’s internal storage, or to carry a working set between places. Its Type-C connection is part of the product name, so check that it suits the port you plan to use; the title alone doesn’t tell us which devices it works with. For a simple storage task, that’s the detail worth paying attention to.

Keeping a separate copy of your files

An external SSD can make it easier to keep a set of files in one place, rather than spreading them across folders on a computer. The PC60’s 2TB capacity gives you room to set aside a sizeable collection, though how much that means in practice depends on the size and number of your files. You might use it for a current project, a photo library, or files you want to carry with you; those are examples of ways to use external storage, not a promise about any particular workflow. The USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C connection identifies the interface, but no transfer-rate figure is available here, so it’s best not to assume a particular copying speed. In short, this is a clear, no-fuss option when the need is extra external storage, rather than a list of unverified extras.
