SmallHD Rack Mount For Cine 24
SmallHD Rack Mount For Cine 24 | A rack-based home for your monitor
Without a dedicated mount, a monitor in a rack-based setup can end up perched wherever there’s room. The SmallHD Rack Mount For Cine 24 is made to give the Cine 24 a place within that kind of monitoring position, rather than treating it as a screen that needs a separate spot. It’s relevant to editors, video teams and facilities building a fixed workstation around the Cine 24, especially where keeping the monitor with the rest of a rack-based setup matters. Its purpose is specific: rack mounting the Cine 24. That makes it a considered part of planning the station, not a general monitor accessory. Think of it when arranging a dedicated editing position or a shared room where the monitor needs to belong to the rack setup. It’s a straightforward solution for that job, rather than an accessory with a wider range of uses.
Specialist Note
At a Cine 24 rack position, I’d plan the monitor into the station from the start, rather than leave its place to whatever surface happens to be free. This mount is specifically for the Cine 24, which makes it a focused option when that’s the monitor your setup is built around. For an edit desk, use it to keep the Cine 24 as part of the rack-based viewing position; in a shared monitoring room, that same arrangement gives the screen a defined place in the setup. My honest advice is to choose it for that purpose, not as a general-purpose monitor mount: the product name points to one monitor, and that’s where its value lies.
Where it fits
This accessory makes sense when the Cine 24 is part of a rack-based monitoring arrangement. Plan the mount alongside the rest of the station so the monitor has a designated place from the outset. If your setup isn’t built around the Cine 24, this isn’t the mount to consider; its stated purpose is tied to that model.
