SWIT CL-100 | 100W Daylight Fanless Studio 3300LUX TLCI99 LED Panel Light

SWIT CL-100 | Fanless daylight light for studio work

For studio scenes that need a daylight look without a fan adding noise nearby, the SWIT CL-100 is a 100W LED panel light with a stated output of 3300 lux and a TLCI rating of 99. It suits camera operators and small production teams lighting interviews, talking-head videos or product shots, where consistent-looking colour matters on camera. The daylight output gives you a clean starting point for a bright, natural-looking setup, while the TLCI 99 rating is a useful sign for work where skin tones and product colours need to look convincing. Its fanless design is particularly relevant when a microphone is close to the light: there’s no cooling fan in the panel to add its own sound to the room. The honest trade-off is that this is a focused studio-lighting product, not a general-purpose room light. You’ll want to build your setup around the kind of scene you’re filming.

In the studio

A panel light can be used to shape the look of a shot, and the CL-100’s daylight output gives you a defined starting point for that work. For an interview, you might use it to light the subject; for a product scene, to bring out the item against its background. Those are examples of the kinds of studio tasks it suits, rather than a claim about a particular lighting setup. The 3300-lux figure gives you a concrete output measure to consider when planning a scene, though it doesn’t describe every lighting condition or setup. In practice, the size and layout of your space, the distance to your subject and the look you want all matter. The 100W rating and daylight description make the CL-100 easy to identify as a studio panel with a daylight character. If you’re comparing lights, its key distinction is straightforward: a fanless design, daylight output and a TLCI 99 rating in one panel.
