Telesin ND64 Lens Filter For GoPro Hero 13
Telesin ND64 Lens Filter For GoPro Hero 13 | Tame bright light for smoother motion
In hard midday sun, your GoPro Hero 13 can have more light to deal with than you want for natural-looking motion. This Telesin ND64 lens filter is made for that bright-light situation: it reduces the light reaching the lens, giving you room to use a slower shutter speed for smoother-looking movement in video. The ND64 rating corresponds to a six-stop reduction in light, so this is a strong filter rather than a subtle tint. It suits Hero 13 owners filming outdoors in full sun, especially when they want moving subjects or water to look less abruptly frozen. It’s a focused tool for managing exposure, not an all-day filter; in shade or changing light, that much reduction can leave too little light. For a sunny shoreline, a cycling shot or a bright open trail, it gives you a practical way to manage the light without changing the scene.
Specialist Note
The ND64 rating is the key detail: this filter cuts incoming light by six stops, which gives you more room to slow the shutter in strong sun. For Hero 13 video, that can help moving water or a rider look smoother instead of sharply frozen; use it when the scene is genuinely bright, then adjust shutter speed to suit the motion. Because it’s a lens filter made for the GoPro Hero 13, it’s a specific pick for owners of that camera who film outdoors. One honest caveat: six stops is a lot of light reduction. As the sun drops or you move into shade, take the filter off rather than asking your camera to work with light the filter has removed.
