VAXIS Monitor Nato Mounting Adapter
VAXIS Monitor Nato Mounting Adapter | A focused mount for monitor rigs
The defining decision is to make this a NATO mounting adapter for a monitor: its job is to provide a mounting solution for monitor use, rather than to be a monitor or a general-purpose camera accessory. That focused role suits video makers building a rig where monitor placement is part of the setup, including people filming interviews, product work or other scenes where they need to keep an eye on framing. The name points to the connection type the adapter is designed around, so it makes most sense when NATO mounting is already part of your rig plan. It’s a small, specific piece of the setup in concept: the adapter sits between the monitor and the mounting arrangement. If you’re organising a rig around an external monitor, this is the VAXIS accessory to consider for that NATO mounting role.
Specialist Note
For video makers shooting interviews or product scenes while monitoring the frame, this VAXIS adapter is aimed at a specific job: mounting a monitor through a NATO-based setup. In practical terms, the monitor part matters when you want to keep your framing visible while working, and the NATO part means the mounting approach needs to match the way your rig is organised. I’d consider it when you’ve already planned around that style of mounting and need an adapter dedicated to the monitor. It isn’t a monitor itself, so think of it as one component in the rig, not a complete monitoring solution.
