Viltrox L132T Professional | Adjustable LED light for photo and video

Soft, natural-looking light brings a gentler look to portraits and video. The Viltrox L132T Professional is a 16.2W LED panel with adjustable colour temperature, so you can tune its light to suit a shoot rather than relying on one fixed colour. It’s a useful option for portrait sessions, children’s and newborn photography, and wedding work, where a softer look is often welcome. Because it’s continuous light, you can also use the panel for video and see the lighting as you record. The compact on-camera setup keeps the light close to your subject, while the panel’s output figures give you a concrete guide to its brightness at a stated distance. Its appeal is straightforward: a camera-mountable panel with adjustable colour and more than one way to power it. It’s a focused lighting tool, rather than a large studio fixture.

Why it is useful

• Adjustable colour temperature: Set the panel from 3300K to 5600K in steps. That range lets you shift the light’s colour to suit the look of a scene, instead of being tied to a single setting.
• Hot shoe attachment: The included hot shoe adapter lets you mount the panel on your camera. This is handy for a mobile setup, with the light positioned close to the camera’s viewpoint.
• Brightness figures: Viltrox lists a maximum of 1065 lm and 835 lux at 0.5 m. The stated distance matters: it gives you a reference for interpreting the lux figure when planning where to place the light.
• Continuous LED output: The panel provides continuous light for both still photography and video. You can see the lighting while filming, and use the same panel for photo sessions rather than switching to a different type of light.
• Two power options: Use compatible NP-F series batteries or power the panel through its DC input. That gives you a choice between battery operation and a DC power connection, depending on the setup.
• Uses beyond portraits: The soft, natural-looking illumination is suited to portrait, children’s, newborn and wedding photography. Its video use adds another role to the panel when a shoot includes both stills and moving images.
