ACT 15 Meters HQ Audio Connect Cable 3.5mm Stereo Jack M - M

ACT 15 Meters HQ Audio Connect Cable 3.5mm Stereo Jack M - M | Connect audio over a longer run

When an audio source and its destination aren’t close together, a short lead can leave you rearranging the whole setup. This ACT cable gives you 15 metres of reach for connecting equipment with a 3.5mm stereo jack. It has a male connector at each end, so it’s intended to link a jack output to a jack input. That makes it a straightforward option for a longer audio connection at home, in a workspace or at an event, provided the equipment uses the matching connection. The title identifies it as an HQ Audio Connect Cable; the useful, definite details are its length and connector type. Choose it when the distance is the main issue and you need a cable-to-cable connection between compatible 3.5mm stereo jack sockets. Fifteen metres is a substantial run, so plan the route before connecting it; that’ll help you avoid leaving excess cable across a walkway.

For a longer audio connection

A male-to-male lead connects between two female 3.5mm stereo jack sockets. In practical terms, that’s the arrangement to look for at both ends of your intended connection. The cable’s stated length is 15 metres, which can help when the source and receiving equipment need to sit further apart than a short lead allows. It’s a simple cable rather than an adapter: the connectors are the same type at both ends. If your equipment has a different socket, this cable alone won’t change that connection. Match the jack type first, then consider the route and distance. That keeps the choice grounded in what this cable actually provides: a long link with a 3.5mm stereo jack male connector at either end.
