Auvi 1627 Scartkabel 20p 1.2m

Auvi 1627 Scartkabel 20p 1.2m | A straightforward SCART link for nearby equipment

When two pieces of equipment with matching SCART connections need linking, this Auvi cable gives you a direct connection without a long run of cable to manage. It’s a 20p SCART cable, 1.2 metres long: a simple option for a nearby setup, or for replacing a cable that’s missing from your arrangement. The length is useful to consider before you buy. Measure the path between the connection points, allowing enough room for the cable to reach without being pulled tight. If the equipment sits close together, 1.2 metres can keep the connection contained rather than leaving excess cable trailing across the space. If the route is longer, this may not be the right length. The product name identifies the connection as SCART 20p; choose it when that designation matches the connection you need. There’s no need to make more of this cable than it is: it’s a practical link for a specific connector type and a modest distance.

Choosing the right length

Before placing the cable, think about where the equipment will sit and how the lead will travel between it. A straight route is easy to estimate, but the actual path may need to pass around an edge or leave room to move the equipment. That’s where measuring the route, rather than the gap between the devices, helps. At 1.2 metres, this cable is aimed at a short connection, not a distant room-to-room run. The other point to get right is the connector designation: SCART 20p is the detail to match to your intended connection. If both ends of your setup call for that type, the Auvi 1627 gives you the cable length and format in one clear product name. No extra claims are needed to understand its purpose.
