camRade Camcover P2
camRade Camcover P2 | A hard case for more protected transport
The camRade Camcover P2 is a hard case for camera gear that needs more protection in transit or storage. It suits professionals and crews who move equipment between work locations, as well as anyone storing gear where knocks, dust or rain are a concern. Its purpose is straightforward: give your equipment a protective case for the parts of its life spent being carried or put away. Use it when the journey or storage conditions call for more than simply placing gear on a shelf or carrying it loose. A hard case is a practical format when reducing exposure to everyday bumps and dirt matters. It’s best understood as protection for transport and storage, rather than something designed around quick access during a shoot. If your priority is keeping gear better protected between uses, the Camcover P2 is a focused option.
Specialist Note
Pack the Camcover P2 for the journey, and its job is clear: it’s a hard case intended to help gear withstand knocks, dust and rain. I’d consider it for moving camera equipment between a studio and a location, or for storing it somewhere that isn’t especially clean or gentle. Put the gear you want protected inside for the trip or while it’s put away; that’s where this case makes sense. It suits people who value a protective transport and storage option over grab-and-go access while working. One honest point: a hard case isn’t the format I’d choose for reaching into your kit repeatedly during a shoot. It’s aimed at the journey and the space between shoots.
