Deltaco Gaming SiliconBack Case And 2X Joy-Cons SiliconCovers (Nintendo Switch2) | Scratch and bump protection in a larger bag

A console carried loose in a backpack can pick up scratches and knocks from the other things packed around it. This Deltaco Gaming set gives your Nintendo Switch2 a protective case, with two Joy-Con silicone covers for added protection around the controllers. It suits Switch 2 owners who want to carry their console in a larger bag and help shield it from everyday contact while travelling between home, work or a friend’s place. The purpose here is straightforward: protect the gear from scratches and bumps during bag transport. It’s a practical option when you want a protective layer without treating the set as heavy-duty impact protection. Pack the console in its case and use the covers on the Joy-Cons, then keep the set together in your bag. That makes sense for regular carrying, where loose items can rub against the console and controllers.

Specialist Note

This set is aimed at everyday bag protection, not a promise that your console will shrug off a hard drop; for carrying it in a larger bag, though, that’s a sensible trade-off. I like that the SiliconBack case is paired with two Joy-Con covers, so you can protect the console and both controllers rather than leaving the controls exposed. If you take your Switch 2 to a friend’s place, put the console in its case and fit the covers before packing it; that helps limit the scratches and bumps this set is designed for. I’d choose it for regular travel in a backpack, while keeping expectations focused on that job.
