The 2-year DJI Care Refresh Plan for the Mavic 3 Pro from DJI provides you with three replacement units for a minimal additional cost during a two-year period. This plan covers a spectrum of accidents. Please take into account the following details:

• The DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can only be applied to a DJI drone that was previously purchased and meets these criteria:
  • The drone is brand new and has not been activated.
  • The drone has been activated within the past 48 hours.
• The DJI Care Refresh and the product it protects must be purchased within the same country or region, as the benefits offered by DJI Care Refresh are only applicable in the region of purchase.
• Whenever you request a replacement, you will receive a unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. You can request a replacement maximum three times within two years. The first DJI Mavic 3 replacement fee is €239, the second one is €289, and the third one is €339. If your replacement is covered by the Flyaway Coverage, you will pay €1139. The Flyaway Coverage protects you if you lose your drone during a flight.
• The shipping costs, for returning your product for a replacement service, are fully covered by DJI.
