FALCAM F38 Shoulder Strap Quick Release Kit (Mount+Plate)
FALCAM F38 Shoulder Strap Quick Release Kit (Mount+Plate) | Switch between strap carry and camera in hand
The defining choice here is a quick-release kit built around a shoulder strap, mount and plate: the aim is to make moving between carrying your camera and using it less of a faff. It suits photographers who keep a camera on a shoulder strap and want a release setup as part of that carry arrangement. The kit’s name gives you its key details: it’s for the FALCAM F38 system, and it includes a mount and plate. In practice, the appeal is the changeover. Rather than treating the strap as a permanent part of your camera setup, you can use the quick-release arrangement when you want the camera carried on the strap, then release it when you’re ready to work with the camera free of it. That makes most sense for walkaround photography, events or other situations where you alternate between carrying and shooting. It’s a focused accessory, not a general-purpose strap or a camera support system.
Specialist Note
Changing from shoulder carry to camera in hand is the job this kit is made for, and the quick-release format keeps that changeover at the centre of the setup. I’d look at it if you regularly move between walking with your camera and bringing it up to shoot, rather than leaving a strap attached throughout. The F38 name is the detail to keep in mind: treat it as the system identifier when planning your setup, not as a measurement or camera setting. The kit combines a mount and plate, so those two parts form the basis of the arrangement. It’s a specific solution for F38 shoulder-strap use, rather than a strap on its own.
