Falcon Eyes Waterpas w/ Hot Shoe CA-BLHS3
Falcon Eyes Waterpas w/ Hot Shoe CA-BLHS3 | Keep your camera level
Without a level, you’re left judging the camera’s position by eye, then adjusting the tripod and checking the frame again. The Falcon Eyes Waterpas w/ Hot Shoe CA-BLHS3 gives you a direct way to check whether your camera is level while it’s set up on a tripod. It’s for photographers who want a straight horizon or even framing without relying on guesswork, particularly when a small tilt would be noticeable in the finished image. The hot shoe format makes it a camera-top accessory rather than a separate tool to hold beside the camera. Its purpose is straightforward: check alignment as you compose, then make the adjustment at the tripod. If you often photograph architecture, landscapes or carefully arranged still lifes, that quick visual check can make setup feel more controlled.
Specialist Note
This won’t level the tripod for you, but it gives you a clear reference while you adjust it, which is why I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a straighter frame without repeated guesswork. The CA-BLHS3 is a water level made for the hot shoe, so you can read the level from the camera position instead of stepping away to check from another angle. For a level horizon, adjust one tripod leg at a time until the indicator shows level, then compose your shot. It’s also handy for keeping architectural lines looking deliberate. The model name is worth keeping to hand if you’re asking us about this specific Falcon Eyes accessory.
