Power and recycling

• Rechargeable battery: The 7.4 V, 900 mAh lithium battery charges over USB-C. A full charge supports up to 560 flashes at full power.
• 1.5-second recycling: At full power, the flash is ready to fire again in about 1.5 seconds, useful when moments at an event come in quick succession.
• Touchscreen and dial: Adjust settings on the colour touchscreen, or use the physical dial when you prefer tactile control over flash output.
