Godox Square Head Flash Projector fp M 36
Godox Square Head Flash Projector FP M 36 | Flash for portraits and events
Harsh sunlight can leave faces in deep shadow, while indoor portraits and event moments may need extra light. The Godox Square Head Flash Projector FP M 36 is a speedlight flash for those situations: events, portraits indoors and fill light in harsh sun. It suits photographers who want a flash for these specific jobs, rather than a description promising a whole lighting setup. Use it when available light needs support, or to add fill where strong sun creates unwanted contrast. Its square-head design is part of what identifies this Godox model. If you’re comparing flashes, the product name is useful to keep to hand: it distinguishes the FP M 36 from other Godox products. It’s a focused option for photographers who want flash support for portraits and event work.
Specialist Note
The limitation is that the FP M 36 is a speedlight, not a multi-light setup; its appeal is having a flash suited to particular everyday assignments. For an indoor portrait, use it to add light to the scene; outdoors, consider it for fill when direct sun makes the light on a face too contrasty. The square head gives this model its distinctive format, and “36” is part of the name to use when asking for this exact version. I’d point portrait and event photographers towards it when they want a dedicated flash for those jobs, rather than a complete lighting system.
