Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta 325GSM 91.4cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta 325GSM 91.4cmx12m | FineArt paper in a generous roll

Your print plan starts with a roll that’s 91.4 cm wide and 12 m long. Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta is printer paper for photographers and printmakers looking for this named FineArt Baryta stock in a roll format. The 325GSM weight is part of the product name, so you can compare it directly with the paper you’re considering for a job. Its wide roll format makes it worth considering when your planned prints need more width than a sheet-based workflow offers; the length gives you room to plan a run of prints from one roll. The honest point is that the title alone can’t tell you how the paper renders colour or surface detail, so I wouldn’t choose it on those assumptions. Choose it because the FineArt Baryta designation, stated weight and roll dimensions match what you need.

Planning around the roll

Before you commit to a print run, measure the finished image area you have in mind and compare it with the roll’s 91.4 cm width. Remember to allow for the layout you’ll use, rather than treating the full width as image area. The 12 m length is useful to factor into your job plan too: estimate how much length each print will take, then decide whether one roll suits the run you have planned. That’s a more practical way to judge this pack than relying on a broad description of what FineArt Baryta paper should look or feel like. If you already work with Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta, the product name and dimensions make it straightforward to identify this particular roll. If you’re comparing papers, keep the weight and roll size in view alongside your own print requirements.
