Herma 7767 Cover Negatif 7x5 PP 100

Herma 7767 Cover Negatief 7x5 PP 100 | Keep negatives together and easier to sort

When a strip of negatives comes out for sorting, it’s easy for loose pieces to get mixed up or put away in the wrong place. The Herma 7767 Cover Negatief is for keeping negatives organised as part of a photo-album collection. The title gives the key details: 7x5, PP and 100. PP identifies the material, while 7x5 and 100 are the product’s stated size and quantity designations. It’s a practical option for photographers, families or anyone working through a box of older film and wanting a dedicated cover for their negatives. The appeal here is straightforward: a named negative cover, with a clear format designation and a quantity stated in the product title. There’s no need to treat it as anything more complicated than an organising aid. If you’re building a simple archive, it gives you a specific Herma item to look for when you want negative covers rather than a general photo album.

For a tidy filing routine, decide how you want to group your negatives before putting them away: by roll, date or the occasion you remember them from. Then keep that system consistent, so you can find a particular set again without having to handle every strip. A short note on the album or alongside your filing records can help identify what you’ve stored. The cover is the product to consider for the negative-filing part of that process; the title’s 7x5 and 100 designations can also help you distinguish it from other Herma negative covers when choosing supplies. If you’re matching it to an existing storage setup, compare those printed designations with the format you already use.
