Kaiser Reproductiebord 46x34cm

Kaiser Reproduction Board 46x34cm | A defined surface for copy work

For copying a print, drawing or document, a defined working area helps you arrange the original before making the photograph. The Kaiser Reproduction Board 46x34cm is a studio accessory for this kind of reproduction work, with a black finish and a footprint of 46 x 34 cm. It suits photographers, artists and anyone who regularly needs to photograph flat originals. The size makes it most practical for material that fits within that area, rather than larger sheets or broad layouts. That’s the useful point to keep in mind when deciding if it matches your work: it gives you a specific board size to work around, without suggesting a larger copy setup than the product name describes. For prints, pages and modest-sized artwork, that makes it a straightforward piece to consider.

I’d think of this board as a place to arrange the original, not as a complete reproduction system. You’ll still need to plan the camera position and lighting for the subject and the space you have. Its 46 x 34 cm format gives you a clear limit for the work you can place on it; if your originals are larger, you’ll need a different-sized working surface. The black colour is part of the specification, but the right background can depend on what you’re photographing and how you want the final image to look. For someone setting up a simple copy workflow, the appeal here is the plainly stated size and purpose: a Kaiser board intended for reproduction work, without extra features to guess at.
