Kiwi Photo Lens Mount Adapter (Eos_nx)
Kiwi Photo Lens Mount Adapter (Eos_nx): pair EOS lenses with NX cameras
Keeping an EOS lens in your kit while using an NX camera calls for the right mount connection. The Kiwi Photo Lens Mount Adapter (Eos_nx) is identified for the EOS-to-NX pairing, connecting an EOS lens mount with an NX camera mount. That makes it relevant when you want to use an EOS-mount lens on an NX camera body, rather than leave that lens out of the setup. It can also be considered when assembling a camera kit around lenses you already own, or when you want to carry an EOS lens for a particular subject while using an NX body. The key point is the mount pairing: this product is specific to EOS and NX, not a universal adapter. The available product information doesn’t establish which camera functions carry over, so don’t assume that focus, aperture control or electronic communication will work through the adapter.
Mount Details
- EOS-to-NX pairing: The adapter is named for the EOS and NX mounts. That makes the intended lens-to-camera combination clear.
- For adapting a lens mount: Its product category is a converter, and its name identifies it as a lens mount adapter. It’s for joining the two specified mount systems.
- Specific system fit: The stated pairing is EOS lenses with NX camera bodies. It isn’t described as a universal mount adapter.
- Kiwi Photo branding: The product is identified as a Kiwi Photo adapter, useful when matching the item to its maker in a camera-accessory search.
Specialist Note
For a two-part setup—one EOS-mount lens and one NX camera body—this adapter is the mount link to look at. I’d consider it when you want to keep an EOS lens in your kit while using an NX body, for example for a familiar portrait lens or a lens you already own for a specific subject. The important detail is the exact EOS-to-NX pairing; adapters are mount-specific, so that’s the match to establish before planning a setup. I can’t promise autofocus, aperture control or other electronic functions from the product information available, so I’d treat those as unconfirmed rather than build a shooting plan around them.
