Kondor Blue KB-HH-RCK RED KX/Raptor Hollywood Handle Adapter Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-HH-RCK RED KX/Raptor Hollywood Handle Adapter Space Grey | A dedicated handle adapter for RED KX/Raptor
Its defining design decision is its specific pairing: this is named as a Hollywood Handle adapter for RED KX/Raptor, rather than as a general-purpose camera accessory. That makes its role clear for crews building around that handle and camera combination. The KB-HH-RCK is from Kondor Blue, and the Space Grey finish gives you a colour reference when matching it with the rest of a rig. If you use a RED KX or Raptor with a Hollywood Handle, this is the adapter to look at for that particular setup. It’s a specialist part, so its value is in fitting a named role in your build—not in adding a feature set that the product name doesn’t claim. For anyone assembling a rig around other equipment, the title alone doesn’t establish a match.
Specialist Note
On a studio floor, while a RED KX/Raptor build is being put together, this adapter has a very specific job: it’s the link named for the Hollywood Handle and those camera systems. I’d point it out to a customer who already works with that combination and wants the part identified by its exact model, KB-HH-RCK. It suits a focused rig build, whether that’s setting up for a controlled interview or arranging a camera for a staged scene; use it as the dedicated adapter in that handle-and-camera pairing. Its appeal is also its limit: the name doesn’t suggest a universal adapter, so I wouldn’t buy it for an unrelated setup.
