Kondor Blue KB-MFT-BC M43/MFT Mount Cine Cap Metal Housing Cap

Kondor Blue KB-MFT-BC M43/MFT Mount Cine Cap Metal Housing Cap | A metal cap for an M43/MFT mount

Without a cap, a mount is left uncovered between uses. The Kondor Blue KB-MFT-BC is a metal housing cap named for the M43/MFT mount, giving you a dedicated cover for a setup identified by that mount. Its job is deliberately simple: cover the mount when you don't need it exposed. That makes it relevant to camera owners and crew members looking for a specific mount cap, rather than a general rig accessory. The product is also called a Cine Cap; the title's clearest practical details are its M43/MFT mount designation and metal housing. I’d keep expectations just as straightforward: this is a cap, not a multi-purpose accessory. If you’re sorting small parts for a rig, the mount name is the detail to focus on when deciding whether this is the item you need.

Identifying the accessory

The full model identifier, KB-MFT-BC, gives you a precise name to use when keeping track of this part in a kit or parts list. That can be handy when small accessories are stored together and a short description such as “cap” isn’t enough to distinguish one item from another. Here, the M43/MFT wording provides the mount reference, while “Cine Cap” is the product name and “metal housing cap” describes its form. Those details make for a fairly clear label without needing to read extra meaning into it. Use the name as written when organising your camera accessories: it keeps the model and mount designation together, and makes the purpose of the item easy to recognise later. Simple, specific, and focused on covering a mount.
