Konus Wapenstatief 15-22cm
Konus Wapenstatief 15-22cm | Low-height support for your weapon
Finding a steady, low place to support your weapon can be awkward when you don’t want to hold its weight throughout use. The Konus Wapenstatief is a compact tripod-style support, with a stated size range of 15–22 cm. That makes it suited to situations where a low support is more useful than a tall stand, such as setting up at a bench or working close to the ground. Its main appeal is straightforward: it gives you a dedicated support point without taking up the space of a full-height stand. The 15–22 cm range is the key detail to consider when deciding where it’ll work for you. This is a specialist accessory for someone who already knows they need a low weapon support; it’s not a general-purpose camera tripod or a tall shooting rest. If that compact height is what your setup calls for, the Konus keeps the support simple.
Specialist Note
“Is the Konus Wapenstatief meant to be a tall stand?” No—it’s a low support, with a stated range of 15 to 22 cm. I’d consider it for a bench setup or when you need support close to the ground, rather than for standing use. That short range is useful when a taller rest would put the weapon too high; think through the support height you need before choosing it. The 15 cm end gives you a particularly low position, while 22 cm offers a little more height. It’s a focused accessory, so its usefulness depends on needing that low working height specifically.
