Nedis Cable USB 2.0 A M-USB A F 2.0m BK

Nedis Cable USB 2.0 A M-USB A F 2.0m BK | Add USB-A reach

Give a USB-A connection more reach without replacing the cable you already use. This 2.0-metre Nedis cable has a male USB-A plug at one end and a female USB-A socket at the other, so it serves as an extension between a USB-A plug and its connection point. It’s suited to a setup where the existing cable comes up short and you want a straightforward extension rather than a different connector arrangement. The cable uses USB 2.0 and comes in black. Its job is simple: bridge the gap between the USB-A connection and the cable that needs to reach it. For a desk or other setup where the socket isn’t quite where you need it, those extra 2 metres can make the connection easier to arrange.

Connector layout

The two ends have different roles. Insert the male USB-A plug into a female USB-A socket; the female end then accepts a male USB-A plug from the cable you’re extending. That makes this a male-to-female extension cable, not a cable with matching plugs at both ends. If that is the connection arrangement you need, its purpose is easy to identify before you add it to your setup. The 2.0-metre length gives the connection extra distance, while the USB 2.0 designation identifies the cable standard. There’s no extra function to interpret: it extends a USB-A connection using the connector types named in the product.
