Nedis Cable USB 3.0 A M - A M 2.0m GY

Nedis Cable USB 3.0 A M - A M 2.0m GY | Two metres of USB-A reach

A cable that’s too short can make a simple connection awkward, especially when the available USB sockets aren’t right beside each other. This Nedis cable gives you a two-metre USB-A-to-USB-A lead, with a male USB-A connector at each end. It’s intended for a setup where both connection points have the matching USB-A sockets, and the extra length gives you more room to position the connected equipment. The cable is USB 3.0 and comes in grey. Its clearest use is a direct connection between two USB-A ports when you need more reach than a short lead provides. The important detail is the matching connector type at both ends; this isn’t a cable with a different plug on each side. If that layout suits your equipment, the simple two-metre length is the useful part.

Planning the connection

Before routing the cable, think about where each socket is and how the lead will run between them. A little slack can make it easier to place connected equipment without pulling the plugs sideways, while a tidy route can help keep a workspace or equipment area manageable. Two metres gives you some freedom to position the connection, but the actual reach will depend on the path the cable needs to follow. The grey finish is a low-key option if you’d rather not add a bright cable to the setup. One honest point: the A-to-A arrangement is quite specific, so the connector layout matters more here than the colour or appearance. Match the two ends to the ports you intend to join.
