Nedis CAT6-CABLE RJ45 Male RJ45 Male U/UTP 1.00m Round PVC White Label

Nedis CAT6-CABLE RJ45 Male RJ45 Male U/UTP 1.00m Round PVC White Label | A short link for nearby network ports

Without a short patch lead, connecting two nearby network sockets can mean routing a longer cable across a desk or floor. This Nedis CAT6 cable provides a one-metre connection, with an RJ45 male plug at each end, for equipment with matching RJ45 network ports. It suits a compact setup where the two connection points are close together, such as a device beside a network outlet. CAT6 identifies the cable category, while U/UTP describes its unshielded construction. This is a straightforward option for a short wired connection, not a cable with a specialist connector. One metre is the useful limit to keep in mind: measure the route and allow a little slack before choosing it. It’s a simple part, but getting the length right means there’s less extra cable to manage.

Shape and finish

The cable has a round PVC covering in white. Those details are worth considering when you’re planning its route: choose a path that suits the round cable and the visible colour in your setup. A one-metre lead is best suited to a connection where the equipment sits within reach, rather than a route that needs to travel around a room. If you’re replacing a cable, compare its connector type and required length with this one; both ends here are RJ45 male, and the cable measures 1.00 metre. That keeps the choice simple and helps avoid ordering a cable that’s too short for the intended connection.
