Nedis Network Cable CAT6 Solid F/UTP CCA 100 M Indoor PVC GY

Nedis Network Cable CAT6 Solid F/UTP CCA 100 M Indoor PVC GY | Plan a longer indoor network run

Short patch leads handle nearby connections; for a longer indoor network run, this Nedis cable gives you 100 metres to work with. It’s aimed at anyone planning network cabling through a home, office or other indoor space, where the route may need more length than a ready-made lead provides. The cable is CAT6, with a solid F/UTP CCA construction and a PVC jacket. Its title also identifies the colour code as GY. That’s a specific set of details to match against your installation plan, rather than a cable to choose by length alone. Think through where the route will go and how much cable it needs before you start. One honest point: a 100-metre length can be more than a small, straightforward connection calls for. If you’re cabling a longer route indoors, though, the length gives you room to plan the run around the space.

Planning the cable run

Measure the route you actually intend to take, not just the straight-line distance between its ends. Allow for the path around the room and any turns you need to make, then compare that measured route with the cable’s stated length. That simple check helps you judge whether this length suits your project before you begin. Keep the product’s indoor designation in mind when deciding where the run will go.
