Nitze Rechter Zijhandgreep For Red Komodo (T-R01R)
Nitze Rechter Zijhandgreep For Red Komodo (T-R01R) | A dedicated right-hand grip for your RED Komodo
When your RED Komodo needs a more deliberate right-hand hold, this Nitze accessory gives that setup a clearly defined side grip. It’s intended for the RED Komodo and is classed as a tripod accessory, so it’s a specialist piece of rig equipment rather than a general-purpose handle. The name also makes its orientation clear: this is the right-side version, identified as T-R01R. That makes it relevant to Komodo owners who want to build their camera setup around a right-hand grip point, whether they’re working with the camera in hand or arranging a rig around it. The value here is in choosing a part made for this specific camera system, rather than guessing whether a generic accessory will suit. Keep in mind that the information available is limited to its product type and intended camera; there’s no basis for claims about its material, adjustment, mounting method or included parts. If those details matter to your rig, ask us before you plan around them.
Specialist Note
A RED Komodo rig can feel less settled if you don’t have a grip point where your right hand naturally works; this is the Nitze part intended to address that. I’d consider it for a Komodo owner who wants a right-side hold for handheld framing, or who’s organising the camera as part of a tripod-based setup. For handheld use, position your right hand on the grip and keep your other hand free to support the camera or manage the rest of the setup. The product is specifically named for the RED Komodo, and T-R01R identifies this as the right-hand version, which helps when choosing between sides. It’s a focused accessory, not a complete rig solution, so it pairs best with a setup whose other support needs are already covered.
