Novoflex Adapter M 39 Wire To Leica R

Novoflex Adapter M 39 Wire To Leica R | Connect M39 thread lenses to Leica R

Connect an M39-thread lens to a Leica R camera and keep that lens in use on the system it’s made to fit. The Novoflex Adapter M 39 Wire To Leica R is an adapter for that specific pairing: M39 thread on the lens side, Leica R on the camera side. Its purpose is straightforward, which is useful when you already have a lens with this thread and want to mount it on a Leica R body. The important detail is the M39 thread; this isn’t a general-purpose adapter for different lens fittings. If those are the two sides you need to join, this product gives you a direct route between them. There’s no need to guess at a broader range of compatibility: the name identifies the intended lens connection and camera system.

This is a specialist accessory, so the best starting point is the fitting on the lens you plan to use. The adapter’s name specifies M39 thread, while its destination is Leica R. That makes it relevant when those exact fittings match your intended setup, rather than when you’re looking for an adapter with several possible uses. In practical terms, it’s the connection piece between the lens and camera; the value is in matching those two sides correctly. The product name also uses “Wire” for the M39 connection, so we’ve kept that wording in the title while describing the fitting as a thread. If your setup calls for M39 thread to Leica R, this is the pairing the adapter is named for. It’s a focused solution, with no broader compatibility claim attached.
