Permajet Gloss Instant DRY 271 Roll 17INCHES 30m 3CORE

Permajet Gloss Instant DRY 271 Roll 17INCHES 30m 3CORE | Gloss paper in a long roll

When a print needs a length that’s awkward to manage on sheets, a roll gives you room to work in a different format. Permajet Gloss Instant DRY 271 is glossy photo paper supplied as a 17-inch-wide, 30-metre roll, with a 3CORE core. It suits photographers and printmakers planning a run of prints, or working with images where choosing the print length matters. The gloss finish is the key reason to consider it: it gives your prints a glossy surface, rather than a matte look. Its name also identifies it as Instant DRY, which is useful when you’re choosing paper by its stated finish and drying type. The honest point is that a roll needs a place in your workflow; it’s less convenient than sheets if you only want to make a small, occasional print.

Choosing a roll format

Think about how you’ll use the paper before committing to a roll. A continuous format lets you plan print lengths around the image, instead of starting with a fixed sheet size. That can be handy for a sequence of prints or work that calls for a longer print area. Gloss is a visual choice, so consider whether a reflective surface suits the images and presentation you have in mind. The stated width and roll length also give you concrete dimensions to use when planning a print job. If a glossy finish and roll format match the way you print, this Permajet paper keeps the choice straightforward: it’s a 17-inch gloss roll, identified as Instant DRY 271.
