Revar Cine Rota-Tray 4x5.65/138mm w/ No Filter
Revar Cine Rota-Tray 4x5.65/138mm w/ No Filter | A tray for cine filtration setups
Without a tray specified for your intended filter format, it’s harder to plan a cine filtration setup around the parts you need. The Revar Cine Rota-Tray is identified for 4x5.65/138mm sizing, giving you a clearly named tray component to consider when putting that setup together. It’s aimed at cine users who already know the format they’re working with and want to source the filter separately. There’s no filter included, so this isn’t a complete filtration solution by itself; you’ll need to choose a suitable filter for your work. Its appeal is straightforward: the product name brings the tray and its stated sizing together, without bundling a filter you may not need. If you’re comparing options for a particular cine filtration arrangement, start by matching the stated format to the filter you intend to use.
Specialist Note
Does this Rota-Tray include a filter? No: it’s the tray component, so you’ll need to select the filter separately. I’d consider it when you’re building a cine setup around the stated 4x5.65/138mm sizing; having that designation upfront helps you focus your search on the format you actually need, rather than buying a filter as part of a bundle. It suits filmmakers who already have a specific filtration plan, from adding a chosen filter for a controlled scene to keeping a setup organized around a known format. One practical limit is clear: the tray alone won’t provide filtration. Pair it with a separately sourced filter that matches your intended setup.
