Sachtler SAC-S2036-1200 Mid-Level Spreader 75
Sachtler SAC-S2036-1200 Mid-Level Spreader 75 | A defined part for your tripod setup
This Sachtler is identified specifically as a mid-level spreader, rather than a general tripod accessory. That makes it relevant to camera operators and crews putting together a tripod setup that calls for this type of part. Its practical role is to link tripod legs at a mid-level, helping keep the legs arranged as part of the setup. The product name also gives you a precise designation—SAC-S2036-1200 Mid-Level Spreader 75—to use when identifying the accessory you need. That specificity is useful when you’re matching a part to an existing equipment list or discussing a setup with a colleague. It’s best suited to someone who already knows a mid-level spreader is called for; this listing doesn’t establish which tripod models it fits. If you’re sourcing that particular accessory, the full Sachtler name is the detail to keep to hand.
Specialist Note
75 is the designation attached to this version; in practice, use the full product name when identifying it, rather than asking for a mid-level spreader alone. I’d consider it for a tripod setup where a mid-level link between the legs is required, and I’d keep the SAC-S2036-1200 code with the equipment notes so the part can be identified accurately later. It suits operators or crew members who already know this is the accessory their setup calls for. One point I’d keep in mind: the name tells you what kind of part it is, but doesn’t establish which tripod it fits, so don’t treat the title alone as a compatibility match.
