Schneider-Kreuznach MPTV Filter Pouch 4x4
Schneider-Kreuznach MPTV Filter Pouch 4x4 | Keep your 4x4 filters together
Between setups, a 4x4 filter needs somewhere to go while you change what’s in front of the lens. The Schneider-Kreuznach MPTV Filter Pouch 4x4 is a storage accessory for that job: it gives your 4x4 filters a designated place when they’re not in use. It suits photographers and filmmakers who work with filters in this format and want to keep them together rather than loose among other kit. The useful point is its clear purpose and format: this is a filter pouch for 4x4 filters, not a general camera bag or an optical filter. Use it to keep track of a filter between setups, or to put it away after removing it from your equipment. It won’t change the effect a filter has on an image; its role is simply to give the filter a place in your working kit.
Specialist Note
The 4x4 format gives this pouch a specific job in your kit: keeping filters of that format together when they’re off the lens. I’d use it as part of a simple routine—take a filter off, put it back in the pouch, then move on to the next setup. That’s handy during a sequence of shots where you’re changing filters and want to avoid leaving one loose on a work surface. The Schneider-Kreuznach MPTV name makes this a clearly identified accessory for your filter kit. It suits anyone already working with 4x4 filters; just keep in mind that a pouch is for storage, not for changing how the filter renders the scene.
