Sirui Sniper 23+33+56mm f/1.2 Apsc A-Focus Lens Kit E-Mount Black Carbon Fiber
Sirui Sniper 23+33+56mm f/1.2 Apsc A-Focus Lens Kit E-Mount Black Carbon Fiber | Three fast primes for creative framing
For portraits, indoor scenes and everyday subjects where you want a bright aperture and room to vary your framing, the Sirui Sniper 23+33+56mm f/1.2 Apsc A-Focus Lens Kit E-Mount Black Carbon Fiber brings three focal lengths together for Sony E APS-C cameras. Each lens has an f/1.2 maximum aperture, giving you the option to work with a shallow depth of field or gather more light when the scene gets dim. The set covers a wider view, a natural-looking middle perspective and a tighter portrait view, so you can change your composition without changing camera systems. It suits photographers who enjoy choosing a focal length for the subject rather than relying on a zoom. The black carbon-fiber kit has a distinctive finish, while the A-Focus designation identifies the lens set. On a Sony APS-C body, the different views make it a flexible set for portraits, people at home and detail-focused images.
Specialist Note
This kit makes it easy to move between three distinct framings while keeping the same bright maximum aperture. I’d suggest it to a Sony APS-C photographer who enjoys working with primes and wants options for both people and everyday scenes. The f/1.2 aperture gives you room to soften the background in a portrait; try the 56mm lens wide open and keep your focus on the subject’s eyes. That focal length frames like about 84mm on this format. The APS-C coverage is also worth keeping in mind: these aren’t three full-frame lenses in terms of angle of view. If you mainly want the reach and flexibility of a zoom, this fixed-focal-length kit is a different way of working.
