Sirui UV Nano Pro MRC (Aluminum) 62mm
Sirui UV Nano Pro MRC (Aluminum) 62mm | A UV filter in 62mm format
On a bright day outdoors, a UV filter is a straightforward front-of-lens accessory to consider for your regular setup. The Sirui UV Nano Pro MRC (Aluminum) 62mm is made for photographers who want a UV filter in this size and already know their lens accepts a 62mm filter. It’s a focused choice: the filter type is UV, rather than another kind of filter effect. Match the stated size to the filter thread on your lens, and you’ll know whether this is the format you need. The product name also identifies the aluminum version of Sirui’s Nano Pro MRC line. If you’re choosing a filter for a particular lens, start with its filter-thread size; if it’s 62mm, this Sirui gives you the UV-filter option in that format. There’s no need to make the decision more complicated than that.
Specialist Note
The aluminum construction gives this filter a metal feel at the front of your setup, which is useful when you’re fitting or removing it. I’d treat the 62mm size as the deciding detail: your lens needs a matching 62mm filter thread, so you can choose the right fit without guesswork. For outdoor daylight photography, fit it to a matching lens when you specifically want a UV filter in place; it’s a simple, direct use of this model. My honest advice is to choose it for that UV-filter role, not for a different filter effect. The product name is clear about what you’re buying and the size it’s made for.
