Thermaltake 32 inch Curved Gaming Monitor (2560x1440 - 170Hz - Black
Thermaltake 32 inch Curved Gaming Monitor (2560x1440 - 170Hz - Black) | A wide, fast view for desktop gaming
A curved 32-inch screen paired with a 170Hz refresh rate gives this Thermaltake monitor a clear focus: a spacious view with frequent image updates for gaming. It suits players who want a larger screen for fast-paced games, and anyone who’d like more room to see a game scene without splitting their attention across multiple displays. The 2560 × 1440 resolution gives you a detailed image, while the curve brings the sides of the screen slightly around your viewing position. That combination makes the monitor particularly well suited to games where you spend long stretches focused on one screen, from competitive matches to expansive single-player worlds. To make the most of 170Hz, your computer and game need to be able to deliver a high frame rate at the selected resolution. The black finish keeps the look simple on a gaming desk.
Specialist Note
A common first setup mistake with a large curved monitor is sitting as close as you would to a compact screen; give this 32-inch display room so the curved edges stay comfortably in view. The curve helps by bringing the sides of the image slightly toward your viewing position, rather than leaving you looking across a flat expanse. For competitive games, set the game to 2560 × 1440 and aim for frame rates close to 170 fps to make use of the refresh rate. For story-led games, the broad view suits exploration just as well. One trade-off: 1440p across 32 inches is less finely packed than a higher-resolution display of the same size.
