Tilta TK-IP17-FTPM-SG Khronos Quick Release Filter Tray iPhone 17 Pro Max -Grey
Tilta TK-IP17-FTPM-SG Khronos Quick Release Filter Tray iPhone 17 Pro Max - Grey | Keep filter handling simple
When you’re setting up an iPhone 17 Pro Max to shoot with a filter, a dedicated tray gives that filter a place in the rig rather than leaving you to manage it separately. The Tilta TK-IP17-FTPM-SG is a quick-release filter tray for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, finished in grey. Its purpose is specific: it’s an accessory for phone-based filming or photography where using a filter is part of the setup. The quick-release designation is especially relevant when you want to fit or remove the tray as your shooting needs change, rather than treat the filter arrangement as a permanent part of the phone. It suits iPhone 17 Pro Max owners who want a more organised way to work with filters in their mobile setup. It’s a focused accessory, not a filter itself; the product name identifies the tray, but doesn’t specify a filter type.
Specialist Note
This tray gives an iPhone 17 Pro Max filter setup a dedicated holder, instead of leaving you to handle the filter separately. I’d look at it if you’re building a phone rig for filming or making stills and want the filter to be part of the setup. The quick-release design is useful when you need to change between a filter-ready arrangement and a simpler phone setup; it keeps that job focused on the tray. Its grey finish is a practical visual match for a restrained rig, though the colour itself won’t affect your images. One point to keep in mind: this is the tray, not the filter, so you’ll need to choose the filter separately for the look you want.
