Wooden Camera A00346 Micro Battery Plate Battery Slide Gold Mount
Wooden Camera A00346 Micro Battery Plate Battery Slide Gold Mount | A compact Gold Mount battery interface
The micro format is the defining choice here: the Wooden Camera A00346 is a small-format battery plate, made for builds where the battery interface needs to take up less room. It’s a specialist adapter rather than a battery or a complete power system. Its defining connection is Gold Mount, giving camera crews and production teams a specific battery format to plan around when assembling a power setup. This plate is best suited to someone already building around that standard and looking for a micro battery plate with a slide-style design. It can be considered during a compact camera build or when laying out a battery arrangement with limited space around the plate. The product name tells us its format and battery mount, but not which camera or other equipment it fits, so it’s best treated as one component in a carefully planned setup.
Specialist Note
A compact rig is coming together on the prep bench, and every component needs a clear job; this is where the A00346 makes sense. The “Micro” format points to a plate intended for a smaller footprint, which is useful when you’re trying to keep the battery area restrained rather than build around a larger plate. The battery-slide design gives the part a specific role in that arrangement, so I’d plan its position alongside the other power components before settling the layout. It suits crews building a tidy, space-conscious rig. One practical limit: it’s a plate, not the battery itself, so you’ll need to plan for the battery separately.
