Additionally, it can synchronize the shutter actions of multiple cameras attached to the primary camera. The remote control is specifically compatible with select Nikon cameras and is designed to also control external flash units, such as the SB-5000 Speedlight, for setups that require advanced wireless flash operation. It's worth noting, the WR-R11a can also work in tandem with the WR-1 wireless remote control, a professional remote with an extensive range.
