The SmallRig 4438 Base Mount Plate for Sony Alpha 7C II / 7CR, in silver, is engineered to augment the gripping experience and swiftly mount on tripods or gimbals, safeguarding the camera's underside simultaneously. This base plate firmly secures the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and a raised border, and it also boasts pads to prevent scratches or any potential twisting. A hinge arm situated near the battery cover provides a snug fit around the camera's curvature and retains space for the pinky finger, enhancing the comfort factor.

The mount plate's underside supports Arca-Swiss quick-release plates and is compatible with DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals, DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 gimbal's quick-release plates, and Arca-Type quick-release plate 3154. It features QD connectors at the bottom, compatible with QD shoulder strap, and there are also holes for a waistband for Hand Strap 3848. Talking about user-friendliness, it comes bundled with a magnetic screwdriver to streamline the assembly and disassembly process.
