8Sinn Camera Cage For Canon EOS R5C + 8Sinn Top Handle Pro V2
8Sinn Camera Cage For Canon EOS R5C + 8Sinn Top Handle Pro V2 | More support for handheld video
The defining choice is to pair a cage for the Canon EOS R5C with the 8Sinn Top Handle Pro V2 as a shoulder-rig setup. It’s designed for handheld video work where you want extra support while filming. For EOS R5C owners shooting interviews, event footage or short documentary scenes, this gives you a rig built around the camera named in the product, with a top handle as part of the setup. It’s suited to filming by hand when you need to adjust your framing as the scene unfolds. The appeal is specific: support for handheld video, rather than a general-purpose accessory for still photography. If most of your recording happens from a fixed position, this setup may be more specialised than you need.
Specialist Note
For EOS R5C owners filming seated interviews or short event clips, this setup makes sense when you want extra support for handheld takes. The cage is made for the R5C, so the rig is centred on that camera; the Top Handle Pro V2 gives you a grip from above to guide your framing. For an interview, that can be handy when making small changes between angles. At an event, keep the rig ready for brief moving shots. I’d think of it as support for working by hand, not a replacement for a tripod when you need a locked-off frame.
