ACT 3m High Performance VGA + Audio Connection Cable Male-M

ACT 3m High Performance VGA + Audio Connection Cable Male-M | Connect VGA and audio with one cable

The defining choice here is a 3m male-to-male cable that combines VGA and audio connections. That gives you a single cable to route when your setup calls for both, rather than having to plan around two separate cables. It’s intended for connecting equipment with matching VGA and audio connections at each end; the male-to-male format is the detail to look for when choosing the cable for your setup. The stated length gives some room to route it between the two positions, though the best path depends on where your equipment sits. This ACT cable suits anyone putting together a connection that needs VGA and audio, whether it’s for a desk or another screen setup. Its most useful feature is the straightforward combination of connection types and a defined length. There’s no need to read more into the “High Performance” name: the practical choice comes down to the connections and cable length your setup calls for.

Planning the connection

Before routing a cable, it helps to decide where both pieces of equipment will sit and how the cable will travel between them. A direct route is usually easier to keep tidy, while a little slack can make it less awkward to move equipment for cleaning or adjustment. Keep the cable path in mind around furniture and other items so it isn’t pulled tight or left where it can be snagged. The male-to-male format is worth matching to the connection you need at both ends. If that describes your setup, this cable gives you a simple way to make the VGA and audio connection using the length stated in its name. That’s the useful, practical reason to choose this model.
