ACT HDMI Adapter HDMI-A Female - Female

ACT HDMI Adapter HDMI-A Female - Female | Join two HDMI-A cable ends

When two HDMI cables have male plugs but there’s no female-to-female connection between them, this ACT adapter gives you that joining point. It has an HDMI-A female socket at each end, so you can connect the male HDMI-A plug of one cable to the male plug of another. The result is a straightforward way to bring two cable ends together without changing their connector format. It suits a setup where you already have the cables and need this particular connection between them. The adapter’s role is simple: it joins the connectors. It isn’t a cable, and it doesn’t turn HDMI-A into a different connector type. If your cable ends match the adapter’s sockets, this is the small link you’re looking for.

Think of it as a female-to-female coupler for HDMI-A: one cable plugs into one side, and the other cable plugs into the opposite side. That can be handy when the cables you have won’t connect directly because both ends are male. It also keeps the solution specific; this adapter joins HDMI-A connectors rather than changing the connection to another format. There’s no extra cable length built into the adapter itself, so the cables you connect provide the run between your equipment. Before setting things up, look at the plugs on the two cables you intend to join: this adapter is for male HDMI-A plugs, one in each socket. No more complicated than that.
